I bring 36 years of experience working with executive teams and people development. I implement a unique approach to advisement, coaching and training that combines evidence-based practices with a client-centered focus. As an equipper I am able to help my clients set what is not working straight and strengthen them to move their purpose forward to measurable growth for themselves, those they lead, and their organizations.

Many executives are aware of their strengths and weaknesses. It is the blind-spots that hold people back that I uncover for them and their teams. I equip my clients with simple neurolinguistic tools helping them to intentionally lead themselves and their people to the highest potential of relational intelligence, productivity and peace.
